Foxlink to Increase Stake in Handset Designer

According to a recent filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Foxlink, a Taiwanese mobile phone maker, will expand its stake in the handset designer Darts to 97% from the current 48.5%. To do this the two companies will use a stock swap, which will take effect at the end of January 2006.
